How to order our custom family crest beer stein.

If I purchase a set of glassware can I have a different name engraved on each glass?

Absolutely! In the personalization section when you are placing your order simply state that you would like one name on each glass and separate each name with a comma.

Example “One name on each glass, Sarah, Amy, Paul.”

Will the image wear off my glass?

No the image will never fade or wear off. Our permanent timeless designs are laser engraved and are microwave and dishwasher safe.

Can I include a gift message with my order?

Yes, we offer a gift message service and will include your message on a card with your order.

I was wondering if the family crest is generic or if it is the actual coat of arms?

We look up the actual coat of arms for each family name from the country of origin specified. We reference the registered blazon (formal description) for your family crest and create your order using our original heraldic artwork.

If we have any trouble finding your family crest we will contact you, we can also work directly from a reference image if you have a photo of your crest. If we do work from a reference it will have the same heraldic elements but created with our heraldic artwork.

Can I send you a picture of the family crest I want?

Yes, we can work from a reference image with no problem but please be aware that it will not be an exact copy. In heraldry, the official crest or coat of arms is actually a blazon or formal written description of the elements in the crest. One heraldic artist’s individual artwork based on the blazon is not the official or correct version. For example, the blazon may say "oak tree" but the tree will look different depending on the heraldic artist that drew it. For copyright reasons we always use our own heraldic artwork to create each crest so if we work from a reference, it will not be an exact copy.
